Hello Rock Family,
There have been some questions as to whether we will have a “in-person” service Today. The answer is yes! Service will start at 6:45pm. We will gather together in the sanctuary for our FIRST Wednesday night LIVE service since March 18th. Over these past four weeks, the Lord has been leading us into some major shifts and we are moving at a fairly fast pace. That so, we felt it would be beneficial to have a time this Wednesday evening to allow you to ask questions and share your thoughts about where the Lord is leading us. As I said last Sunday, I have the tendency to just go after the plans the Lord gives us with tenacity, but my intention is to do this together as a family! I love you all and want to come alongside each one of you and provide clear understanding and communication. I believe we are moving into exciting times and as we have been praying as a staff, this excitement is continuing to rise. During this evening’s service we thought it was important to have some time for you to ask questions or share your thoughts. Pastors Marcus, Andrew, Ana, and I will be speaking together and available to answer your questions and bring additional clarity to the vision. If you plan to watch on-line and would like to ask any questions or give remarks, this can be done by writing a comment/question in the comment section of either Facebook or our Online Church platform. We will respond to as many questions as we can during the meeting.
In preparation for Pentecost Sunday, we are calling a 3-hour prayer time this Saturday (5/30) in The Rock sanctuary from 2pm to 5pm. We understand the importance and significance of the Kairos time we are in and believe that prayer will align us and help unify our hearts with what the Lord desires in this time.
Also, we are going to be having a SPECIAL Sunday Night – Celebration Worship Service THIS Sunday (5/31) at 7pm in our sanctuary. Please come back and join us at 7pm as we hear testimonies from the day and then take the opportunity to worship God with ALL our heart, soul, mind, and strength!
Each time we meet, please continue to follow the appropriate government guidelines for Colorado and Douglas County so that we keep everyone safe and limit the spread of any virus or sickness. And if you are considered high-risk, we would ask that you take additional measures to protect yourself. We will continue to provide on-line viewing if you believe it best to remain at home during this time or if you are in a self-quarantine.
I know some of you were out of town last weekend. I pray you all had a wonderful Memorial weekend. Due to how quickly we are shifting, I would highly encourage you to watch last Sunday’s message (5/24) before tonight’s service if possible.

We are regathering this Wednesday Night @ 7pm! We’ll meet on the large lawn in the BACK of the Church to reconnect and celebrate the start of summer! Grades 6-12th – games, snacks & drinks provided! No Zoom meeting this week as we will be outside. We are so excited to see each of you!

The Rock Food Bank – Saturday Distribution (9am-Noon) & Hot Meals on Thursday
We are blessing 250-300 people a week with hot meals, groceries, toiletries and the love of Jesus! Thank you for your donations! They are helping fund and supply the food bank distribution and bless people in need! Here are three ways to help: (1) Food Donations: Drop off anytime in the large box in front of the office doors. (2) Gift Cards: Place in the secured mailbox outside the office doors. (3) Online Donations: Can be received through www.therock.org.
