Recovery at The Rock
Celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes and Christ-centered 12 Steps.
THE PURPOSE OF RECOVERY AT THE ROCK
The purpose of Recovery at The Rock is to fellowship, and to celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes and Christ-centered 12 Steps. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, victories, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our life problems.
By working the Christ-centered steps and applying their biblical principles found in the Beatitudes, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the principles and the steps, we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power – Jesus Christ.
CELEBRATE RECOVERY IS FOR EVERYONE
Recovery at The Rock is for everyone. Some recovery programs deal only with alcohol or drugs, or another addiction this is much more. RTR is a “large umbrella” under which a limitless number of issues can be addressed, like depression, perfectionism, anxiety, childhood abuse, anger, financial bondage, grief, dysfunctional homes and relationships, etc.

Recovery Step Study Groups
Recovery at The Rock is built on the New Testament principle that we do not get well by ourselves. We need each other. Fellowship and accountability are two important components of spiritual growth. The RTR weekly step studies are facilitated by leaders who go through their journey with you. Each week a different principle and step with booklets will guide you in your recovery. The step study will provide a safe place to share your experiences, strengths and hopes with others who are going through the “principles” in a safe Christ-centered, 12-step program. Groups close after 2-3 months due to the deep and confidential nature of these step studies.
Please contact Bob Holloway at email@example.com for information on available step study groups.
