Prayer Seminar: Equipping in the Ministry of Intercesory Prayer

SETTING A FIRM FOUNDATION using a combination of DVD teachings by Pastor Dutch Sheets and teachers from The Rock, we will be strengthening your understanding of how prayer works and why prayer is necessary to live a victorious Christian life. No matter where you are at in your walk with God, these materials will empower you by imparting confidence, hope, and vision.

Sports Ministry Hike
Join us for an all day hike up Mount Bierstadt. The hike is 6.5 miles round trip with the highest elevation being at 14,060. All fourteeners will be based on weather and will take all day. The location is 87 miles from The Rock, so we will leave from the church at 4:00am and the earliest we will return will be 6:00pm.
Please note all hikers should bring proper gear, food, and water.

Water Baptism
Jesus’ last words were spoken as a command, when He said, “...go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit” (Matt. 28:19).
There is something dynamic and spiritual about Baptism that says it’s more than just “getting wet.” Join us and learn what it means to be “born-again.”
Baptism preparation classes will be held prior to services on Saturday at 5:30pm and Sunday at 8:30am and 10:30am. Baptisms will be performed during each service on Saturday and Sunday.

Whether you are already leading a small prayer or life group or need encouragement to step into prayer leadership, this seminar will give you very practical guidelines and tools. Lead by several experienced prayer group leaders and by Pastor of Prayer and Ministry, Lindy Killmer, the day will be fun filled and inspirational.

Transformers Camp 2008
Transformers Camp 2008 will be a camp full of fun and activites! New Covenat Fellowship and The Rock have been hosting camps for the last 9 years. We have had more thatn 1,000 kids attend these camps. We have seen God change lives during these weeks.
