Jonathan and Celeste Barnard joined the staff of The Rock in April of 2005. Jonathan serves as Pastor of Children's Ministry and oversees ministry to children and young families. Jonathan and Celeste have served together in Children’s and Youth ministry for more than nine years. They have a passion for seeing kids develop a lifelong relationship with God.

Jonathan and Celeste met while attending Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. They have been married for six years and have three children; A daughter, Hope who is 5 years old and two sons Noah, 3, and Joel, 1.

Jonathan who was born and raised in South Texas loves kids (his own and others), sports, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, and the Dallas Cowboys! Celeste who grew up in California is an avid scrap booker, loves to act, and is a committed stay at home mom.
